SN 100 is a light neutral Group I base oil obtained through solvent refining of petroleum crude. It is a highly stable, pale-colored, and low-viscosity base oil widely used as a primary raw material in the formulation of automotive, industrial, and process oils. Known for its excellent solvency, good lubricity, and ability to blend well with additives, SN 100 is commonly used where a lighter viscosity oil is required.
